Lowongan Kerja Batam Terbaru September 2012 - PT PROFAB Indonesia

A growing Foreign Company located in Batam with 1000+ people and specialize in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, modules, wellhead platforms and subsea equipment for the Oil and Gas industry . We are looking for the following dynamic and skilled professionals to strengthen our fast growing team.

Duties

Painting Engineer/Coordinator

Requirements are as follows:
1. Graduation from Technical High School or equivalent is required. 2. Minimum 5 years experience in painting of structures and heavy fabrication for projects in Offshore and Subsea 3. A proven background with history of Coordination and Planning for blasting and painting crews up to 50 persons. 4. Painting industry qualifications to NACE level 2 or level 3 or equivalent is required

Fabrication Supervisors

Requirements are as follows:
1. Graduation from Technical High School or equivalent is required 2. Minimum 5 years experience in supervision of fabrication of structures and heavy equipment for Offshore Projects. 3. Knowledge of fabrication and welding to ASME and AWS D1.1 4. Proven history of Coordination and planning of projects to 2000 tonnes S. Proven history of dimensional control for structures in accordance with Oil and Gas industry specifications using total stations.

Senior Piping Designer

Requirements are as follows:
1. Bachelor degree (S-1) or D-3 Diploma in Mechanical, Material, or Civil engineering. 2. Having five years or more experience as a piping designer 3. Having capabilities to review piping specification (fitting, valve, gasket, bolting etc) and piping class requirement 4. Well understanding on P&ID, Well understanding on Piping System Management 5. Having good understanding and knowledge of ASME code for piping (B31.3, B31.4 or B31.8) and piping components 6. Have capabilities working with AutoCAD, Have capabilities work with Cadwork

TEKLA Operator

Requirements are as follows:
1. D-3 Diploma in Mechanical, Material, or Civil engineering. STM Graduates with sufficient applicable experience will also be considered. 2. Have experience at least 3 year working with TEKLA 3. Good understanding with International structure code such as AISC 4. Good understanding for structure joint connection and structural standard parts 5. Having good capabilities working with 3D cad, having good capabilities working with TEKLA Software 6. Having good understanding interfacing between TEKLA with HGG Pipe profiling machine will be advantage
